THE SALMON PHASE...
di•et: habitual nourishment
At one point in time I went through a salmon phase. One day I tried it broiled, and fell in love. I would go to the grocery store and buy all the ingredients I needed. Somewhere in there I would find myself engaging in an interesting convo with a person or two on an isle. Typically this would lead to them looking down into my buggy, which would typically contain salmon, or some other kind of fish. At times some other meat, and lots of vegetables. Especially portobello mushrooms! At this point, I would hear,
"You on some kind of diet?"
... To which I would respond, "This is just the way I eat."
MOST OF THE TIME...
I love lots of veggie and fruits, and sometimes I even allow my body a break from meat and other foods that take a while to digest. Taking all of this into consideration, we have to remember, everything in moderation.
